Should the prerequisites therefore be fulfilled, criminal charges can be filed because of bodily injury (\u00a7\u00a7 83 and 84 StGB), negligent homicide (\u00a7\u00a7 80 and 81 StGB) or maybe even additionally \u201cabandoning an injured person\u201d according to \u00a794 StGB.
