This for example includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>physical injury resulting from negligence<\/li>\n<li>physical injury resulting from negligence under especially dangerous circumstances<\/li>\n<li>malicious slight injury<\/li>\n<li>malicious grievous injury<\/li>\n<li>malicious injury with severe permanent damages<\/li>\n<li>malicious injury with fatal consequence<\/li>\n<li>malicious grievous injury<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bodily injury which was caused by negligence, without severe culpability of the offender and not persisting longer than 14 days or affecting near relatives of the perpetrator are not liable to prosecution.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, those offenders, who for example caused a traffic accident under extremely dangerous circumstances (e.g. under alcohol influence), are punished more severely.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-faq-custom-fields'>\n\n\t\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A When is bodily injury prosecutable?
